Do you offer a free consultation?2026-07-06T14:35:00+00:00

Yes, I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This allows us to connect briefly, explore your needs, and make sure we are the right fit to support your journey.

Do you accept insurance?2026-09-02T13:57:59+00:00

I am in-network with most major insurance providers: Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, United Healthcare, Oxford Health Plans, Anthem BlueCross and Blue of California

If yours is not listed, contact me and I can confirm whether I accept that plan.

For other plans, I am an out-of-network provider. I will provide a detailed superbill so you can submit it to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurer about out-of-network benefits.

What are your office hours?2026-07-06T14:36:53+00:00

Weekdays and evenings and half day on Saturdays.

What if I don’t want religion or faith as part of my therapy. Do I have to talk about it?2026-07-06T14:37:08+00:00

Not at all. Faith is only incorporated at the request of the client.

What if I’m exploring or questioning my beliefs or having a faith crisis?2026-07-06T14:37:24+00:00

You are welcome here. I provide a non-judgmental space to process doubt, spiritual hurt, or shifts in your belief system without any pressure to land in a specific place.

What Christian traditions do you work with?2026-07-06T14:37:46+00:00

I have experience with a wide range of traditions—from Orthodox, liturgical and mainline denominations to evangelical and non-denominational backgrounds.
